Curiously, this list has no chartered subject:

On the "list of list" pages, the list description says "For users of Fedora 
Core releases".

The discussion was not about screensavers per se but about packaging 
policy. Screensavers were just given as an example. I don't see a 
fedora-policy list where such issues can be discussed. Perhaps you'd like 
to lobby Red Hat to start one?
