slightly OT (FC2): RAID 1 rebuild time

There may also be a "rebuild speed" throttle somewhere that would
affect large partitions.  I don't specifically know if the linux
kernel does that or not.  Been more than 2 major kernel versions since
I looked at software raid.

I use a 3ware hardware card instead, but I have more money than time.
