Fedora Core 3 Test 3 does not exist yet.  If you are using FC2 Test 3, 
you are running a test release older than the latest released version FC2.

The latest kernel for FC3T1 is kernel-2.6.7-1.501. FC2 has a newer 
kernel version than the one you are referencing.
