Hello to you, Steven.
Welcome to Fedora and linux in the school.

Use "yum install gnopernicus".
You will need to make sure a repository that has that package is in your
/etc/yum.conf file and it should handle everything for you.

I tested that and got confirmation that the package and all dependencies
are available with my yum.conf list.

The package manager tool does not always have everything available.
