Cisco Aironet 350 and FC2

Dismayed to report that the new kernel-2.6.7-1.494.2.2 hangs when
attempting to start eth1, which is my Cisco Airo 350 miniPCI.  This worked
fine with kernel-2.6.6-1.435.2.3 and kernel-2.6.5-1.358.

Interestingly, starting the interface by hand after boot works fine.
Any ideas what's changed?
