VB Alternative

CodeWeavers Cross OverOffice should be able to install it.

Problem I have ran into is no real .NET framework emulation and may have
problems with Studio .NET.  I also had a problem installing an msi
package.  

At 75 plus shipping for the pro and 40 plus shipping for the standard it
might not be worth it for you to go this route.
