Nic & new kernel

I have an ASUS motherboard with a built in NIC, FC2 finds it OK, but, if
I use kernel 2.6.7-1.494.2.2 kudzu removes it and puts 4 entries for the
card and makes 2 of them active.  If I remove all of them then boot with
2.6.5-1.358 it works fine.  Any ideas?

I just remembered it's my birthday today, I was thinking 30 something
but no, it's 44.  If you all would like I can post my shopping cart
address and you can send your credit card number and what you have left
for your credit limit, and I can run your cards.  This will really help
me to help the man stuck in Africa with his gold and diamonds in a lock
box he can't get out :-)
