listen to stream with xmms or mplayer

xmms does not appear to handle playlists of any sort when they are given
with a URL. If you download the playlist to a file and then run the file
manually (either from a terminal or from nautilus) it should work.
Someone ought to enter a bug about this, if there is not one already.
