Soundblaster 16 Help

I installed Fedora Core 2 and would like to know how to go about
configuring a Creative Soundblaster 16 card.  It isn't recognized via
"Detect Sound Card", (it's an ISA pnp SB16), but I know the values to
enter for IRQ, DMA channels and IO address ranges.  How and where can
one go about entering this information for this card?
