How do you read sylpheed local mail?

Tom, on further checking I see that /var/mail is a link to spool/mail. So I didn't need to change the directory from /var/mail to /var/spool/mail becuase this is where it refers. I remember now that I checked incorporate from spool and that is what actually made the difference.
