    FWIW, I'm currently running FC2, upgraded from FC1, on a 
five-year-old IBM Aptiva SE7 with 128 mB of memory.  It's a bit slow, 
and you can hear the swap disk grind when running more that one app at a 
time, but run it does.  There may be problems with the Compaq Presario, 
but I doubt that memory is one of them.
