Cannot install FC2

That's what's wrong - you need to choose 'burn image' rather than just
burn the ISO fileonce you've burned the image a bunch of directories
should show up.  What CD burning software are you using?

 using windows explorer the disc shows uip with one file names
FC2-i386-disc1.ISO and a second file that is the checksum file.
