Error trying to open Open Office from user.

I am having trouble since the update of Open Office opening it from a
particular user. It works fine for root. So I kind of think it's a
permissions problem, but I'm not sure what. I have tried removing it and
installing it again with yum thinking at first that it was a crupted
file. I even got despreate enough to backup the dir (/usr/lib/ooo-1.1)
and chmod everything to 777, but it still didn't work.
Has anyone else run into this and have any suggestions.
