Forget about the current teacher, who probably won't see this (unless a 
colleague uses FC1 or FC2).  The post is a semi-permanent public record the 
student has cheated* and is available to all future potential and actual 
employers.  This is a good reminder to think before posting.  It is also a 
useful reminder not to cheat, because sooner or later you will be caught.

*This is not actual proof since it may be someone else with the same name or may 
be posted by someone else using this student's name.  However, it is enough to 
raise doubts.
