[FC2] Strange error when updating kernel

Is there a known problem with FC2 updating the kernel?

I've just updated via yum, and got this output:

Kernel Updated/Installed, checking for bootloader
 No bootloader found, Cannot configure kernel, continuing.
 Installed:  kernel 2.6.8-1.521.i686
 Transaction(s) Complete
 
Examination of /etc/grub.conf shows that the new kernel has indeed been 
added, though the default has changed from 0 to 1; it still points to 
the old kernel.

Any ideas about why the error is reported with the bootloader?
