FC3/FC2 on Virtual PC

Anyone know if Fedora Core 3 will function on Virtual PC any better 
than Core 2?

Also, someone mentioned a thread on a M$ forum that addresses getting 
FC2 running on Virtual PC v6.1.1, but I have not been able to find it.  
Does someone know where to find it?
