tcp window scaling and 2.6.8 kernel

For the 2.6.7 kernel, I had to add

net.ipv4.tcp_default_win_scale=0
net.ipv4.tcp_moderate_rcvbuf=0

to sysctl.conf.

Are these lines still necessary with the 2.6.8 release?
