Phil,

This one is a regular question.

Turns out that the whole mirror thing is less than perfect.  What
adjusts your icon may not be the mirror that you go to and actually get
the updates.  Patience is apparently the virtue here.  Give it up to 24
hours and try again and most likely those will have hit all the mirrors
by then....
