vsftpd -- wrong time

Hi,

I have noticed that when I ftp a file from a pc (using WS_FTP) to my linux
machine (running vsftpd ), I see the wrong time on FTP client for the file
once it's on the server side. It's off by about 5 hours. When I log in to
the shell and do ls -l the times are correct. Why am I seeing wrong times
through my FTP client? (I know it's not the client itself because on the
previous system -- Red Hat 8 -- the time was ok with the same client).
