Linux-friendly ISPs?

XP: Mouse to "Network Neighborhood". Right click on the network link and
select "disable".

XP: Right click on the network link and select "enable".

Um, it's kinda fun when you know more than the support people if you are
in a playfull mood. (I used the above trick in getting as near a properly
secure WiFi network running with notebooks running W2K and XP.)
