Certified Linux Laptop

Okay, I have to ask...why on earth would either of these companies 
deceive anyone or try and (wrongfully) convince them their laptops run 
linux? That's all they sell--laptops that run linux! It's their 
specialty; all the specs are online. You don't have to ask people, or 
guess--just go look.

If it runs linux, is certified to run linux, has linux preinstalled, has 
the devices you need, why would you have to return it?

If there is some odd bit of a card or capability you need, that is not 
listed in their specs, then ask them up front.

Your post is really confusing the issue.
