acl machine src... -> invalid string format
you cannot use a ip range 192.168.10.21-192.168.10.41; 

you must use acl like these:

acl group1 src 192.168.0.1/255.255.255.224   
acl group2 src 192.168.0.32 192.168.0.33 192.168.0.34 192.168.0.35
