gnome-volume-manager startup failed (FC3)

Self reply to modify my previous post and add some information.
I think /usr/sbin/hald starting up failure caused gnome-volume-manager
starting up failure at thie moment. Therefore I tried to startup
/usr/sbin/hald.

>   /usr/bin/hal                      -> no effect, no daemon

    # /usr/sbin/hald --verbose=yes --daemon=yes

      15:31:52.305 [I] hald.c:396: Will daemonize
      15:31:52.305 [I] hald.c:406: Becoming a daemon

    --> process exit, I don't know the return status.
