http://www.ip-solutions.net/jass/Files/etc/ntp.conf

should do it for you. You may want to change the 144.118.24.* addresses 
if you are not on the East Coast.

Also, comment out the "restrict 192.168.2.0..." line if you don't intend 
to act as a server.
