Here is whay my kde-stable.repo file looks like:

[kde-fedora-stable]
name=kde-redhat.org
baseurl=ftp://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/fedora/$releasever/stable
enabled=1 

here is a list of mirrors that you can choose from. I tried adding the
mirrorlist to yum but it didn't work so you'll have to set it by hand.

ftp://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/fedora/$releasever/mirrors.list
