No, they won't. You'll need to burn all the CDs the same way. For a hard drive 
install, you can boot from the first CD and then tell the installer to use the 
ISOs for all four CDs from a hard disk partition, but you can't use this for a 
fully CD-based install.

It's probably easiest for you just to burn the ISOs properly and use the CDs.
