Dual monitor/dual video card setup in FC3

Good day all;
First off, let me say that I've recently upgraded to FC3 from FC1. Also,
I've been using Linux of one flavor or another since the 0.99 kernel. Or
was it 1.0.... It's been a long time. Over that time I have had to
tweak the xf86.config file a number of times. Recent versions of Redhat
and now Fedora have spoiled me, however. The configuration for X simply
worked. In FC1 I set up a dual monitor setup and it worked right out of
the box.
Since I've upgraded to FC3, things are different. First, the system-
config-display issue. I upgraded that, and fine, I can configure dual
head now. Except that it doesn't work. The system recognized my second
PCI video card, but never uses it. It's strictly one display. Here's
my config info:
[root at canopus ~]# lspci
00:09.0 VGA compatible controller: Matrox Graphics, Inc. MGA 2164W
[Millennium II]
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: S3 Inc. ProSavage KM133 (rev 03)
The Matrox is a PCI 4Mb card. The S3 is built into the board. It's the
Matrox that isn't starting up.
The monitors are Acer 77C (working) and a Hitachi CM-1711M.
I'll attach the X.org configuration file at the end. From what I can
see, it "should" work but doesn't. Oh, btw, I did look though the
multitude of posts, and bugzilla. I may have missed this information
though, there is a lot of stuff here...
Thanks for any ideas you may have.
Cheers,
Craig
