[FC3] No mp3 activity at any cost

Hi again Brian,

from what I have seen these are additional packages that add mp3 support
to gstreamer and/or xmms, they do not replace them. For my part I have
replaced Fedora's xmms RPM with the package provided by xmms.org that
includes mp3 support by default.
