Ashley is right that vacation is part of the Sendmail sources, though
not build and shipped with the Sendmail of Fedora Core.
I am using the vacation which is a port of the 386BSD version, packaged
as RPM. The sources are available on
http://sourceforge.net/projects/vacation/
