Changing Refresh Rates

Well, by my calculations, 1280x1024 at 75 Hz means the vertical rate
is 1024 *75 or 76.8Khz.  Your config file says you can only do 75khz.
Up it to 78 and see what happens - either the display self destructs or 
it works.
