I got both from there, however they only provide nosrc.rpm files for the JDK 
because of Sun's restrictive redistribution laws.

JAVA_HOME should be set to the root of the JDK/JRE. With Sun's rpms you do 
this yourself, the jpackage ones manage it for you.
