AMD SMP Hangups (FC 2 and 3)

I just had a change is status.  One of my problem children just locked
up, but it's on a network and I can get to it that way.  The screen is
frozen, and I see no problem messages in /var/log/messages.  It's
running the single CPU kernel, FC 2, with xorg-x11-6.7.0-2.
 
Any hints?
