OpenOffice ridiculously slow to start on FC3

Mine also loads in 20 seconds. Now the question is that slow or fast.
Certainly slow compared to Word in Windows. And I have 256MB ram and 1.4 Ghz
processor.
So fast and slow are relative. The original poster noted 5 minutes
which certainly is slow.
