No it isn't. It's all a bit confusing. I suspect that the problem is
that the name records aren't correct, but I'm not sure exactly why it
causes the problem. It appears that the message isn't just waiting
around until "arthur" is on before it is correctly delivered, it looks
like it isn't even sent until arthur is turned on. The logwatch ran at
4:00 am. I turned arthur on at 2:55 pm. As you can see (below), all of
the dates are at 14:55. Here are the headers:

Return-Path: <root at buster.swartz.xxxxx.com>
Received: from buster.swartz.xxxxx.com (buster.swartz.xxxxx.com [127.0.0.1])
	by buster.swartz.xxxxx.com (8.13.1/8.13.1) with ESMTP id iB4JtVs7027874
	for <root at buster.swartz.xxxxx.com>; Sat, 4 Dec 2004 14:55:31 -0500
Received: (from root at localhost)
	by buster.swartz.xxxxx.com (8.13.1/8.13.1/Submit) id iB4JtVxT027872
	for root; Sat, 4 Dec 2004 14:55:31 -0500

From: root <root at buster.swartz.xxxxx.com>
