Easier just to reinstall them from your install media:

# mv /etc/yum.conf /etc/yum.conf.save
# rpm -Uvh --replacefiles --replacepkgs yum-2.1.11-3.noarch.rpm fedora-
release-3-8.i386.rpm

Then add your favourite repos as separate files in /etc/yum.repos.d
