lilo is deprecated and so likely to not be in fc4.

It is possible to install grub on both disks of mirror RAID - Google is
your friend.

Making /boot not raid also works; you can cheat a little by creating a
matching partition on the other disk in the mirror and simply copying as
needed with dd.  Maybe
dd if=/dev/hda1 of=/dev/hdc1

Finally, check bugzilla. I think there's a bug-report on this; if so,
add your email address to be kept informed of progress, and if there is
no, not create one.
