Nothing happen with openwebmail-tool

first this list is for discussing the configuration tools, your question
would be more ontopic on fedora-announce-list at redhat.com (I've set the
follow-up to it anyway).

I have a full install as well and can't find openwebmail or the tool you
tried -- where did you get it from?
