Try the following things on your windows clients:
1. Open up a command prompt
2. run nslookup
3. server 192.168... (the ip address of you samba and bind server,
can't remember, :D)
4. gmail.google.com
5. If the above resolves correctly, try the other machine names, like aman
6. Tell me what happens.
