Missing messages from fedora-list digess

I get my mail from the fedora-list in digest form. Lately I've noticed that
the premble lists about 17 or so messages but I only receive about one or two
messages. This only occurs occasionally. Most of the time I see all the messages.
Has anyone else noticed this behaviour?
