Thanks for the reply. You're correct, rpm -e works fine with cyrus-imapd.

The actual problem I had was with "cyrus-sasl" not "cyrus_imap" (brain 
failure). Looks like cyrus-sasl is required by everything. I guess I'll 
just leave it alone.
