FC3 selinux effects noticed

I can't get mysql to run at all. I upgraded to 4, and it worked via RPM, but now I have compatability issues with PHP.

some of the web applications (like gallery) don't work at all either.

I find the chcon, and log messages extreme difficult to understand and work with - this is going to take more practice and better distro work in the next release.
