FYI If you are using consumer optonline for your internet connection,
they block inbound traffic to your home on port 80 [at least they do
here]. Meaning, _you_ can't fix the problem, as they [optonline] don't
want you running a public web server.  Simply change the port Apache
listens on and adjust firewall /router settings to match.
