A bit more information just for your reference. The ndiswrapper 0.12
complains about the 4K stack size, where 0.11 doesn't. I've got
linksys wpc54g working under 0.11 for weeks without any problem. Try
0.11 if you don't want a new kernel.

A bit extra information, remember to recompile and install ndiswrapper
each time you upgrade your kernel. :)
