Program incompatibility from RH9 to FC3

I have a program running in RedHat9 and using old libraries (libc5, libX11).
This program don't run in FC3, also after installing (in a separate 
directory) required old libraries.

At startup program open a X window and crash wuth a message:

"terminating with Signal type 11"

I have mounted my RH9 disk, chrooted to it and started from here my old 
program. Same error message.

Selinux is disabled

I have tried same program in Ubuntu instable branch (kernel 2.6 and Xorg 
as FC3) and program work without any problem.
