Connection to Webmin

What is you problem with it? I would even say, running webmin over plain
http and not http/ssl secured is plain stupid.

The first host has no Perl SSLeay module installed or at least the
secure option not activated. The second has. Please read the
www.webmin.com site's documentation, especially the part about the https
secured setup.
