About language in Fedora core 3

Hi,

I want just to ask how can I set up Latvian language for Fedora Core 3? I was using before Mandrake and I knew how to set up manually - by changing Compose.dir in X11/locale, but in Fedora there is now instead locale.dir and some mysterious XLC_LOCALE..

Pleaz can anyone help or jsut send some more info, where can I solve this. Maybe this mailing list is not the right one?
