First, I didn't add so-called "hdc=ide-scsi" to my /etc/grub.conf, and
after installation, "cdrecord --scanbus" also shows:
scsibus1:
1,0,0 100) 'LITE-ON ' 'LTR-52327S ' 'QS55' Removable CD-ROM
1,1,0 101) *
1,2,0 102) *
......
Second, if you are using KDE now, may can you try "k3b", a sophisticated
CD/DVD burning application for KDE. You can find it on your install-disc.
