Exchange Server Solutions?

Ok so will this software allow me to connect using a "MS Outlook Exchange
Client" like a normall Windows Server would? and if so does it have a Web
based interface to compliment the Outlook client and are are any costs
invloved any where ?

Upon first impressions it look good!
