Exchange Server Solutions?

Ok so the open-xchange.org server look nice but does it have support for
an Outlook Exchange Client? and if so do you have to purchase a "Outlook
Connector" license?

It seems that the server software is often free but the software to
connect to the server from the Outlook Client is not.

If this is the case which is the cheapest option?
