How to disable CONFIG_KALLSYMS in FC2 (kernel 2.6.5-1.358)

Now, because my Linux box cann't connect to the
Internet. Can I download it first, then update my
Linux box by hand? (i.e. Not use yum or up2date ...).
then, Where can I download it?
